156 pm - There is a new structure, approximately 13 feet by 13 feet built at the northeast corner of the lot, is attached to the storage shed at northeast corner of home. There is what appears to be new electrical added to the storage shed with a conduit run to the home. Neighbor to north allowed me into their yard to view this property, and I could observe no floodlights, and complainant says they are not aware of any floodlights on the structure either. Neighbor did state the wall at the front exceeds 6 feet, however I did measure it at grade in the property, and it is at 6 feet. However, the permit for the block wall, TC-RES-0824-04847, is expired and needs to be resolved. In addition, the structure had a fire in 2019 and has since been remodeled, with an addition at the southeast corner of home where the carport has been turned into living space. I could locate no permits on file for this work. Spoke to wife of owner on site, and owner on her phone, advised of violations. Will issue NOV. -VM |
