On site and at this time vehicles owner/tenant state that vehicles are not inoperable. They have been parked in the same spot on private property. These vehicles are not blocking access to and from the property. There are no signs of the vehicles being inoperable. Vehicles have low profile tires which. These tires give an appearance of being flat. Owner will encourage tenants to remove vehicles if they are not being used. |
