On site inspection. At the time of inspection, no evidence of a homeless encampment or unauthorized occupancy was observed from the public right-of-way or other accessible vantage points. The property appeared to be an active construction site, with workers, equipment, and materials present throughout. The area appeared recently cleared, and ‘No Trespassing’ signage was posted on the property. Based on current site conditions, the reported encampment could not be verified. Case Closed - Unfounded. |
