817 am - Business on site is Sauls Auto Sales. A Certificate of Occupancy was issued in 2009 under activity T09OT00550 for Auto Rentals. The Retail Use Group "Vehicle Rental and Sales" includes rental and sales. Unable to verify testing of amplified audio equipment, however that activity would appear to be in line with typical business activities of a Vehicle Rental and Sales use. The specific decibel levels of the sound ordiance are not enforced by Code Enforcement. Did observe a new shade structure installed on site sometime after 2014. There is a new mini split installed on the north side of the building with associated electrical. Will issue NOV for above listed items. -VM |
