On site follow up inspection. The violations for overgrown and unattended violations were unfounded, and the property is within code for that. There were observed violations for fascia board that require paint or weather-proof coating; the fascia boards are above the garage. The fence that leads into the back yard on the property is dilapidated and in need of repair and is in violation. A new notice of violations has been sent in the mail. |
