On site at property, TEP, SWG, TFD on scene. There is fire and water damage isolated to wood and stucco structure in rear of property with electrical and plumping ran to it where a washer and dryer were located in.. All utilities have been isolated from structure to include water and Electric. There is damage NW corner of main structure wood fascia, roof shingles, and there is a damaged light fixture. Electrical to affected area has been isolated in main breaker numbers and have been tapped off and owner advised that there are not to be turned on until repairs and have been. Main structure has not been condemned. Owner signed indemnification form to secure damaged area. Permits are required for all repairs within 60 days. |
