06/12/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On-site inspection. Grass and weeds in excess of 6 inches in height throughout the property, front yard, side yard and rear yards have these violations. A new city budget will take place July 15,2026; after that, a clean-up order will be issued to clean up the yards.
08/11/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The property is still in violation for overgrown vegetation. A clean-up request has been submitted.
10/02/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Follow-up inspection conducted to find that the property continues to have an accumulation of overgrown weeds/grass on property (front/back yards and abutting sidewalk/alley) as well as an accumulation of dead palm fronds throughout the front yard. Currently awaiting contact from vendor to have the City abate the violations and bill the property owner.
10/06/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Inspector attempted to make contact with property owner by going to property but no one answered the door. Notice of Violation was posted on door along with business card with a note asking fro owner to contact inspector ASAP. If there is no follow-up by the end of the week, City abatement will be necessary.
10/12/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Inspector conducted another visit to property to check on abatement of violation and to see if owner could be contacted due to lack of contact from Owner. Violations persist and door was not answered. City abatement will now be the next step.
