4/2/26 - On site at property with TFD, Owner, and Southwest Gas. There was fire to the house causing significant interior damages to the dwelling. The dwelling has an attached garage in the rear, did not observed further than the front of the house. Please see photos for references. There is electrical damages to the dwelling. Southwest Gas stated there is no gas at this property. CE did not step inside the house. TFD stated TEP was here and disconnected the power. Owner signed documents and is secured the property. Condemnation. Permits required, restoration and repairs shall be done by licensed contactors, etc. Will follow up within 60 days. |
