Met with Property Manager & Occupant in rental #2013 regarding the complaint. Property Management and Occupant both stated the bedbug infestation is currently being treated and scheduled for more treatments. Property Mgmt and Maintenance staff came to rental unit and verified the leak and hole in the bathroom ceiling just above the tub/shower area. Will send a notice for this issue. |
