On site - Verified overgrown vegetation and accumulation of weeds higher than 6 inches throughout property. Could not see into front yard, but curb area, side yard and back yard all in violation. Wood fence in front yard is not structurally sound and is leaning towards the sidewalk, the fence was also built without permits/compliance review sometime after 2016(as seen on google street view). Fascia and roofing underlayment around carport/patio is severely damaged and dilapidated. One window unit A/C was running during my visit, I knocked the door but there was no answer. The property appears to be vacant. Issuing notice of violation. |
