Two buildings located on large lot. Front building 2647 N COLUMBUS BL has four rental units. All units are vacant and secured. Building 2651 N COLUMBUS BL Has 3 rental units. This building is secured. Property has refuse on the lot. Appears there is some dumping placed behind a storage building and some refuse visible from the street. Property also has weeds. Will issue a notice for refuse and vegetation. |
