Met occupant on site and discussed complaint. Occupant states all the vehicles are his. He was able to show proof these vehicles are in fact his vehicles. HOWEVER, occupant is running a business. He busy these used vehicles and repairs them on the property then sells the vehicles. This is a business. Explained this to the occupant and walked the property exterior and the interior. Explained which were violations, time line and ramifications if the occupant does not comply. |
