Heights recorded include 8' 7" at post at northwest corner, 8' 5" at post by gate, 7' 1" at pedestrian gate post, 8' 4" at post along Edison St, 6' 1" at northwest corner, 6' 5" at vehicle gate, 6' 4" at pedestrian gate, 6' 1" around the sight visibility triangle. Due to new wall, address is no longer visible on the structure as required by code. There is a mesquite tree cut down in the right of way and a large pile of tree trimmings dumped in the rear easement. Provided a copy of NOV on site to owner and spoke with owner over the phone. -VM |
