1113 AM - Contact with tenant on site. Ran hot water in kitchen, it is warm, not hot. Ran hot water in southeast bedroom for approximately 3.5 minutes at sink and shower, there is no hot water. Ran hot water in west central bathroom at sink and shower, there is no hot water. Found Breaker 18 (labeled smoke detectors) turned off. Upon power being restored, multiple smoke alarms are beeping. Contact with property manager, provided a notice of violation. -VM |
