On 06/17/2025 at 4:53 PM, recvd text message from property manager indicating all smoke detector batteries were replaced and breaker 18 is on. Received pictures of breaker box with breaker 18 turned on and 6 smoke detectors with green light illuminated. Tenant also sent a text message on 06/18/2025 at 11:11 AM indicating the smoke detectors are fixed. -VM |

1142 am - Previously attempted scheduling inspections with tenants multiple times. Tenants did not return calls and were unwilling to coordinate a reinspection. Did visit site and spoke with property manager. He states the unit is now vacant and that the water is off to the unit. Advised will need to inspect the unit to verify it has hot water before being able to close this case. -VM |
