On site w/Insp. Tidwell and Morales - Reinspection was requested. Met with resident to discuss reasons why the dwelling was condemned. Explained it was due to the amount of heat, fire and water damage and how it was in the vicinity of the service panels. Advised her to utilize her contractor to assist with the permitting process. |
