Observed work being performed in the Right of way, the work is actually blocking the right of way to the sidewalk. The owner had a contractor compacting dirt in the driveway area of the property, presumably to construct a new driveway. No permit is on-file for this work. I spoke with the owner to explain the permit issue and instructed him to stop the work on the property until he has the required permits. |
