ON SITE AT PROPERTY WITH INSPECTOR KELLEY. THERE IS NO ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS VISIBLE FROM THE STREET. THERE IS A STACKED ROW OF TILE HARDLY VISIBLE BEHIND A BUSH NEAR THE FRONT ENTRY. NO VIOLATIONS AT THIS TIME. |
