Cars parked in the public right-of-way. Large fence over six feet in height all the way around the property. Will do some research. This address is not advertising auto repair. No signs are outside resident advertising business hours. It is not a violation to own too many cars. However, it is violation to place vehicles in the public right-of-way area and across the street in front of other neighbors properties. Referring this case to Park Wise. |
