On site, found natural growth of trees and vegetation, not obstructing the right of way, private wash with no public access or utilities with gates on both ends, no dry weeds that appose fire hazard, if tree over hanging to the mobile park property are part of the issue City of Tucson have no jurisdiction it is a civil matter, see attache pics. case closed. |
