1203 pm - Met w/ tenant on site. Faucet on bathtub is no longer loose, and handle has been re-caulked. Door trim has been replaced, although the bottom part is already chipped. The door trim was not caulked to the baseboard, and this work was completed in a non-workman like manner. The small hole in drywall has been patched and repainted. The drywall on east wall has been repainted. Violations have been abated, close case. -VM |
