I verified the electric meter is off. There is a previous red tag for condemnation on the front of the home that is peeled off. Owner states she has been renting out rooms in the home. Owner also states the roof is caving in inside the home. Did view interior of home and found cracked and damaged electrical outlets, missing outlet covers. Repairs and a permit is required for electric reconnect to lift the condemnation. -VM |
