As well smeared feces throughout the floor of entire house. Infestations of roaches, rodents, and other insects throughout inside of house and on walls. Missing electric cover in house. Rotten food and debris in pantry. Pile of trash bags full debris approximately 3ft tall. Kitchen has rotten food and debris with insects swarming in it. Kitchen sink is full of dirty dishes. Back sliding door is boarded. Made contact with resident onsite served copy of EAOV advised unit is condemned. Owner arrived onsite signed notice and order to secure property. TEP onsite cut power at meter permit is required for reconnect. Emergency condition is abated. |
