Called out to site by TPD for vehicle in building. Damage to wall on Southside of bldg approximately 10ft x 7ft damage to stucco, severe damage to brick, approximately 5 ft wide area of all bricks collapsed into structure. Tub Separated from wall, Electrical light fixture in vicinity of damage. Door frame on front door pushed in and separated from structure, top structural beam in front on southside pushed inward, In addition to cracked stucco across front to unit 6. Unable to access unit to verify electrical systems had TEP cut power at meter. Owner agent arrived onsite signed notice and order and will secure property. Unit is posted unsafe to occupy. Permits required for all repairs with use of licensed contractor. Emergency conditions abated. |
