On site at property - Did not find accumulation/excessive storage in front of property and all vehicles appeared operable with no noticeable hinderances. I was able to verify trash, debris and refuse in the back yard. Wall was over 5 feet, however there were gaps in the blocks and the gate was not opaque. I also verified debris and refuse in the alley along the property wall. Issuing notice of violation. |
