There is 12 unrelated people occupying the residence at 8532 E. Desert Steppes Dr. The property is zoned R-1 and is being used as a boarding/ lodging location. The formal garage was converted to a storage room in May 1972, and now is being used as a bedroom with a mini split for cooling. No permit can be found for the change of use or the added mini split system. |
