I never saw any roaches, however, I had the management schedule for treatment. Unit was previously treated, however, I informed the tenant that treatment would be useless until he cleans the unit better. The unit had a large pile of dirty dishes, piles of dirty clothes all over the floor, and food waste scattered throughout. |
