The hall bathroom’s receptacle is not being protected by a GFCI and is within proximity to wet applications. The hall bathroom’s exhaust fan is not serviceable. The southeast corner of the home’s roof covering has a split and in need of repair to provide protection from the weather. The kitchen’s gas stove has defects that impairs operability of a cook top burner and the oven. |
