Observed two Volvo vehicles that were inoperable and parked in the carport area of the property. The tenant does have the grass at the property cut, however, he has a patch of vegetation that he is purposefully growing for what he said was for medicinal purposes. I advised him to make sure to keep the rest of the grass cut low and block off his medicinal vegetation so it is clearly demarcates his vegetation harvesting area. |
