Met with occupant regarding the complaint about the weeds and refuse. Also noticed the wood on the front porch roofing is deteriorated and is buckling. Light fixture is missing the light globe. Occupant states the neighbors behind his property placed the refuse in the right-of-way area behind his property. Met with neighbors. Neighbors immediately began removing the refuse. Let them know I would be back to verify the refuse was removed. They agreed to remove the refuse. Occupant stated he would remove the weeds. Will send owner a notice of violation. |
