The Kitchen fan is missing a cover. The HVAC thermostat switch is faulty. The HVAC system has unapproved wiring compromising the UL listing to the energizing cord. The HVAC system is missing manufacturer components to keep the filter in place. The shower pan is chipped and leaving a defective surface condition. There are open penetrations in the drywall under the bathroom vanities, areas of the dry wall under the vanity have defective drywall finish. The plumbing fixtures in the bathing areas are not being maintained in good working conditions and have active leaks. The apartment unit is missing smoke detectors in accordance with the adopted fire code. The backyard patio’s light fixture is missing its protective globe. There is an active rodent and insect infestation inside the apartment unit. |
