115 PM - On site with Inspector Guido. Front widow by front door is cracked, does not easily open, and does not lock. Other front window does not easily open or close, locking mechanism is inoperable. Outlet in living room near front window, east wall is inoperable. Did provide power to tester, but it turns off. Plug is loose in outlet. There is no smoke detector in the bedroom. Cooling system is inoperable and does not generate any air to the unit. -VM |
