ON SITE WITH MANAGER, CHRIS. HE CALLED IN THE COMPLAINT TO THE CITY BECAUSE HE THOUGHT THE CITY WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TREE BY THE SIDEWALK. SINCE NO ONE HAD CUT IT, HE HIRED SOMEONE WHO HAD CUT BACK THE TREE. HE UNDERSTANDS NOW THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE UP TO THE STREET. |
