Door opening on south side of structure is removed, and exterior siding removed from the structure. There is burned and damaged electrical lines and junction boxes exposed. There are holes cut into the floor boards near the front door, siding removed and broken windows on the east facing side. North facing side of the unit has majority of siding removed. There is exposed electric conductors where the sheathing has melted. There is damage to floor structural members in the kitchen area and to the west of this, and back door is removed. West side of unit has no visible exterior damage. TEP has removed the electric meter. Southwest gas has pinned off the gas meter. Son of property owner on site agreed to secure the unit and signed the Notice and Order. -VM |
