Cope Properties enclosed the entire outside back porch and turned it into a meeting room area. Added electrical, windows, drywall and exterior doors. Noticed bare wire on the electrical junction box located in the ceiling. Pointed this out to the Manager on site and made her aware of the concern about this electrical work. Advised Manger to get permits and have the electrical inspected. |
