Duplex unit #4535 caught fire in kitchen. Smoke damage to entire unit. Electrical and gas disconnected. Permit required to turn services back on. Issued notice for fire damage, notice to vacate, permits required and also excessive storage on property lot. Discussed this issue with the occupant. Explained storage needs to be removed off the lot. Occupant agreed. |
