Went to the site and met with the owner of the property. Did go over the grass and weeds and the trash and debris in the rear yard and the broken window in the front of the house in the living room area. The owner has stated that the window is ordered and will be in a couple of weeks. The paperwork is stating that KMS Enterprises LLC owns the property and they are stating that they have arrangements on being on the property. Did let them know that I will be sending the Notice of Violation to the listed owner of the property. They stated that they will clean the rear yard. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
