1235 PM - Driving by did notice all 3 Red Tags had been removed from bldg. Tenant to rear bldg arrived and states they removed them because of concern of homeless people seeing them and loitering on their property. I tried to explain to him the reason they are posted, he became belligerent and told me not to tell him anything. I reposted both the front and rear units unsafe to occupy. Called and notified owner needs to remain on bldg until repairs are made. -VM |

210 PM - Responded to property due to complaint received about homeless residing at rear of the structure & on the parcel to the south, & illegal dumping. Did not observe any illegal dumping or homeless behind either building. Oleanders still have not been cut back around electrical panel. Will issue a NOV for this item. -VM |
