MULTIPLE WINDOWS ON THE PROPERTY HAD BEEN DESTROYED BY VANDALISM. THE POOL HAD GREEN STAGNANT WATER AND THE POOL GATE DOOR HAD BEEN BROKEN. ALLOWING ENTRY TO THE ABANDONED AND UNMAINTAINED SWIMMING POOL. THERE WAS EVIDENCE OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, SUCH AS DRUG USE, TRESSPASSING, VANDALISM, THEFT AND MORE. THE PROPERTY IS AN ATTRACTIVE NUISSANCE AND IS UNSAFE TO THE COMMUNITY, INCLUDING RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES THAT ARE NEAR BY. THE OWNER HAS BEEN UNRESPONSIVE TO REQUEST FROM THE CITY OF TUCSON. SECUREMENT OF THE PROPERTY WAS DONE BY THE CITY. FUTURE ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY OF TUCSON WILL RESULT IN THE ISSUANCE OF A CIVIL CITATION. |
