Met ED WASHBURN with DRSP: Asked if he was the owner. Ed refused to be of any assistance regarding the property. He posted the house with Mortgage information then stood around and watched us then drove down the street and watched us from afar. Vacant property, has a back storage room open and the back gate is missing. All doors and windows are locked. Contacted TEP to remove electrical. Called and left msg for owner of property. No response from owner. Appears property is owned by MCS Mortgage company. Called Arcadia to have back door and fence secured. Send owner nov for trash 30 day |
