Property still has refuse in the front yard. City trash cans full up. Contacted B&B Super to remove cans off property. Spoke to neighbor about the property. Neighbor states junkies still continually come to property and continue to hang around and do drugs on the lot. Called phone # listed on property MCS MORTAGE CO #813 387 1100 gave them the property #M14E1388 Spoke to CHRIS AT MCS reported community complaint about drug activity on property and refuse on lot. Property is owned by the Mortage Co. They just have filed with the County Assessor to reflect the change in ownership. Although they have their documents posted in the front windows of the property. |

TFD - Several people were arrested and removed out of the house. When I pulled up the neighbors came up and reported that the property has prositution going on site along with drug activity. Contacted Arcadia to have the entire structure secured top and bottom. |
