207 PM - There is a new block wall around east and north sides of parcel, and block walls along north and west sides of parcel have been added onto to increase the height. Height is at and slightly exceeds 6 feet. Requires site plan compliance, may require permits. Outdoor storage in the side of property along Waverly St. Trailer full of trash in right of way along Waverly St. Right of way along Waverly St is being used as parking, there is no access for pedestrians in the sidewalk area. One of the vehicles is a junk car - Silver Hyundai SUV AZ CGF5687 with flat tires. There is excessive trash and debris as well as storage in the rear of the property visible from the alley. Spoke to owner and responsible party on site, advised will be sending a notice of violation. -VM |
