128 PM - Drove around complex, there are numerous wall pack lights mounted to buildings and I did not observe any in a state of disrepair. Did make contact at the office with property manager and leasing agent who lives on site and states the parking areas are lit and lights are on a photocell. Placed call to complainant, no answer, left message. -VM |
