Kitchen can lighting had water draining from its fixtures, the ceiling drywall is saturated from water. Kitchen had missing electrical receptacles capped with wire nuts. Kitchen cabinets and counter tops are missing. There is a section of drywall missing to indicate interior was being remolded. Fire Damage Zone, 2nd level hall bathroom had a section of drywall missing with exposed drywall. There are chard wood studs at the shower wall with the water supply lines. Plumbing vent pipe has melted from the heat and P.E.X. water lines have heat damage. Posted unfit to occupy until repairs with applicable permits are obtained. Owner acknowledged Indemnification, Notice and Order forms. |
