Arrived and the electrical was on due to tampering with the meter. The electrical was removed January of 2023 for non payment and was on at this time. The meter was removed and has no electrical on at this time. The house has hoarding issues and was checked when walking with the tenant to check if anyone in the unit. Did call the supervisor Laurie Pumphery for permission to have the unit secured. The tenant signed the paperwork due to not able to make contact with the owner. Did call the owneer several time with T.E.P. and no answer. Did leave a message. Will secure all the openings and have been to this site for same issue. RV. |
