1100 AM - No site visit, called customer to discuss case, he wanted to know if we could just come out and verify the AC doesn't work for record keeping purposes and not notify the apartment complex management, as he is concerned they may try to evict him. Advised if Code Enforcement finds a violation we will notify the owner to have the violation abated. Customer states he has a window AC unit now that is cooling the apartment and he does not want to proceed with this case, requested it be canceled. -VM |
