ON SITE AT PROPERTY CAN NOT VERIFY DUMPING. CALLER WILL HAVE TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES TO ALLOW INSPECTOR TO SEE FROM THEIR PROPERTY. EVEN THEN CAN NOT VERIFY WHO IS DUMPING AND PROPERTY OWNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN UP IF LOCATED IN THEIR AREA. |
