Met with the son of the tenant and was selling on site and using the garage and the front yard area. Has no approval for having the yard sales on the property and did advised that will need to talk or meet with zoning at Planning and Development Services Department if wants to continue. The son is removing the items from the front yard and placing into the garage area. The son will be checking on getting approval on continuing the yard sales at a later time. Gave a card to call if needs more info on the case. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
