232 PM - Arrived and found a wall at front of home with gates locked. Did observe three floodlights from right of way, one each on south, east and west sides of home. All three appear to point at a 45° angle and not directly at any nearby residential properties. Unable to verify complaint, will close case. Did call owner and advise of complaint. -VM |
