T.E.P. trouble shooter are on there way to have the electrical removed at the pole and the meter removed. The electrical meter socket had sheet metal jumpers to have the power on. The panel has been damaged on the meter side to have the front panel removed. Appears to have arcing on the jumpers and the socket will need to be replaced. T.E.P. is recommending that the panel be replaced at this time and will require a re-connect once the payment has been paid for back charge on not paying since 1-21-2022 to date. The tenant is paying rent to Grijalva Realty and may be getting assistance on the rent. Grijalva Realty has been notified on the issues on the property. Tenant served the paperwork on site and will be staying in front of the house with a friend. House posted Do Not Enter on the front window.
